What is consciousness? It’s a question that sparks endless curiosity and that’s precisely what drew me to explore it. Instead of using words, I chose to convey the concept visually through animations that transform neurons into galaxies, serving as a metaphor for the interconnectedness of all things — the microcosm of the mind and the macrocosm of the universe. These visuals were carefully crafted to distill complex ideas into something both simple and beautiful, inviting viewers to engage with profound concepts in an intuitive way. Drawing on my background in creative direction and neuroscience, I aimed to create a narrative that resonates on multiple levels, making complex ideas feel approachable yet still intellectually stimulating. The result? A series of captivating GIFs that are not only thought-provoking but also deliver a concise and engaging story, perfectly suited for a fast-paced digital world where attention spans are short. This project was an opportunity to blend scientific inquiry with creative expression, honing my ability to craft content that not only informs but also delights, creating an experience that is as meaningful as it is visually compelling.
